Hidden behind the hotdog and champagne restaurant, Bubbledogs, the Michelin starred restaurant, Kitchen Table, offers an exquisite dining experience in a stylish industrial-themed setting, featuring stainless steel surfaces and low-lit hanging lights. The large horseshoe-shaped communal table surrounds the kitchen, where talented Head Chef, James Knappett, and his team meticulously prepare the 12-course tasting menu, encouraging interaction between the chefs and diners. While cooking, the chefs talk the diners through the menu and show them how the food is made. It’s an amazing and exciting opportunity to ask questions about the food and the chefs’ methods. The menu changes daily, but always uses carefully sourced British ingredients to create beautifully presented and flavoursome dishes. Each course is perfectly accompanied by beautiful fine wines selected by Sandia Chang, James’ wife and co-owner and general manager of Kitchen Table.
